- The item must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- Sale or discounted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or personalized products.
- Products that have been used, washed, or altered.
- Items that are damaged due to customer mishandling.
3. Color & Product Variation
- The actual product color may vary slightly due to different screen resolutions and lighting effects. This does not qualify as a defect for return or exchange.
4. Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Request: Contact our customer support with your order details and reason for return/exchange.
- Approval: Once approved, you will be given instructions for returning the item.
- Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
- Refund/Exchange: Upon receiving the returned product, we will process your refund (if applicable) or dispatch the replacement.
5. Refunds
- Refunds (if eligible) will be issued in the form of cash or bank transfer, depending on the payment method used.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
6. Damaged/Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear pictures of the product.
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
